Section A: Sublimated Apparels
New job: min. 15 units per style per order.
Repeated job: 1 unit
Section B: Cut & Sew Apparels:
200 units per style per art.

SOT is abbreviation of Sign Off Patterns. This file is the official production file with all artwork and design information and client must check and verify with caution according to the checking points given in our SOT approval form. Once SOT is signed off, it represents customer’s official approval and confirmation on pattern, style, design, logos, colours, fonts etc. So this is one of the most important production file in our production process. Without signing off of SOT, we will not proceed any physical production.

Please read carefully our Measurements Guidelines that will give you full tips and hints on how to measuring our apparels. However, you could also calculate the sizes as below:

  • Our specifications are within standard Australian Apparel Industrial sizing specifications. If you know your own sizing or sizes from other brands/manufacturers, that size could be used on our styles as well.
  • The major measurements for one sports top are chest and length. So you only need to work out your body, half the chest, and central back length. Then add 5 cm on chest length, and add 3 cm on length measurements. Roughly the result would be your sports top measurements. Then you could work out which size it is based on our sizing charts.
  • The major measurements for one sports shorts or pants are side length and waist. You need to measure your leg length from waist to the ankle and round waist length, these two figures could be used as garment specifications and you could find out what size it is from our sizing chart.

Again, body measurements are not apparel measurements. All body measurements must be converted to apparel measurements.

Player names and numbers may be provided to us within a spreadsheet. Spreadsheet should have 3 columns:

  1. Player Name
  2. Number
  3. Size

Most of our products are made of polyester, cotton materials, or cotton/polyester blend. We will attach very detailed washing and caring instruction label at internal side seam, and please refer to those instructions.
Basically, most of sportswear must be washed in cold water, and line dry at cool shaded place.

Yes, we can and we would be happy to help customer to maximize their brand awareness through the products. We are able to supply custom made accessories such as:

  • Brand neck label
  • Care label
  • Swing tickets
  • Neck tape
  • Draw cord

However, min. order quantity and surcharge shall apply.

As one manufacturer, we normally won’t release any of our products to third party other than the customer who ordered it. So we normally cannot provide referral sample with artwork and design but we would be happy to make referral sample for our customer at their own design.

We offer our prices to customer based on the purchase volume they have done or will do. So if you need better pricing, please provide us with your forecast of orders and we will consider to do better in our pricing.

For any individual order quantity over 500 units per style, the price is negotiable.
